Footer indicators
Show two small badges in the page footer: which static-bundle origin served the HTML (S3 or Scaleway Object Storage), and which API vertical responded (AWS Lambda or Scaleway Functions). The vertical indicator polls /api/public/statusonce per minute per tab. Off by default — there's no reason to spend an API call on the homepage if you're not actively watching the routing.
This page polls each vertical directly from your browser; we don't proxy through a single origin. If a vertical is unreachable from your network it will show as Unreachable rather than fail-open green. The aggregate banner is derived from the live cards above — there is no separate uptime database backing it.
